Services

We provide hybrid car detailing services, offering both in-shop detailing at our Premium Kitchener Studio (709 King St E, Kitchener, ON N2G 2M4, Canada) and mobile car detailing. Service availability and pricing may vary by location and vehicle condition. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsuitable conditions.

Bookings and Cancellations

• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of booking details.
• Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, or stains.

Customer Responsibilities

• Ensure access to the vehicle and sufficient space for our team to work safely.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before the appointment.
• Disclose any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We may require deposits for certain services. Prices are in CAD unless stated otherwise.

Warranty and Liability

We strive for high-quality results. However, outcomes vary by vehicle condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
